Thank you for visiting and shopping at Milktrak. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Currently all orders above ₹300 qualify for free shipping.
- Estimated Delivery time for Free Delivery is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery times may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier partner delays.
Shipping Coverage
- We deliver across India to most pin codes serviced by major courier partners.
- If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you during the checkout process.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Milktrak is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Order Issues
- Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us at dairy@bharatmandi.com.
- Damaged or Missing Items: Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs for a resolution.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
- We currently do not ship outside India.
